The right way out of the diet

The last week in Osama Hamdiy’s system is the start of the exit. Your stomach is already accustomed to small portions of food, and you have started eating in moderation. At the end of the diet, continue to eat small amounts, gradually adding to the diet cereals, previously prohibited fruits, cheeses, meat and potatoes.Do not eat sugar and all foods containing it for the first 2-3 weeks.. Add fatty foods to your diet very slowly to avoid disturbing your pancreas. Once a week for lunch, eat oily fish such as mackerel, sardines, sea trout.
